ELT NEWSLETTER July 2023

This summer, get a jump on your graduate degree online.

Looking for a flexible way to get some of your graduate credits completed? NYSUT offers computer-based courses that you can do from your home, on your own schedule. These virtual courses are offered through a unique partnership with Esteves School of Education at Russell Sage College and Virtual Education Software, Inc., and are available on dozens of topics, from childhood development to classroom management. Course materials are sent to you upon registration. Members have one year to complete these courses, and summer is a great time to get a solid start on them! All seminars are offered remotely and asynchronously and each is worth 2-3 graduate credits. (Undergraduate level courses are also available.)

Educators can also earn CTLE hours at six regional learning centers. These classes are organized by local union leaders and offered free of charge to NYSUT members.
